OPTAVIA, one of the fastest growing health and wellness companies came with a goal to reach over 1 billion dollars in revenue by 2021 and to launch their first ever direct to consumer campaign. Working hand in hand with the media and strategy team, we created a test campaign rooted in research that netted $2.35 ROAS and new customer orders averages of $392. We also revamped their image library with a shoot that spanned 3 days, and had 20 models. For their parent company, Medifast, we were able to delay plans to sundown their consumer campaigns by modernizing their assets and creating a smart SEO campaign. By doing so, we capitalized on a crucial increase in sales.

We outpaced projections by 18%, exceeded new customer projections by 32%, and cut CPA and increased AOV.

OPTAVIA has now become one only 250 companies to reach over 1 Billion in revenue.
